Regent street residential apartments are a 6-storey minimalist modern apartment block located in the centre of Leeds, consisting of 110 purpose built single bed pre-fabricated apartment units built by Cityspace.

With the apartment unit’s pre wired and plumbed, we had the main infrastructure to install within the common areas. This included individually metered water and electrical connections to each flat with meter reading from a central meter room, all meters are located external to the flat accommodation within a network of rising main cupboards to allow each flat to be controlled via isolation valves on the landlords side to the building. Full drainage design taking into account the current regulations for high hire apartments to avoid blockages etc.
