100-up for Elliotts McDonalds modular framework

It’s been another busy year for the Elliotts team, delivering a further 20 modular restaurants throughout 2017. Highlights of the year have included the first restaurant opening in Northern Ireland and completing projects with bespoke interiors by world renowned French interior designer Patrick Norguet. This year has also seen us complete our 100th project for Elliotts & with our partnership well into its 5th year, we’re sure number 200 won’t be too far around the corner.

SLCE Follow up on Amazon delivery success

Following the successful delivery of Amazon iP1 last year at the iPort site in Doncaster, Silcock Leedham have now been re-engaged with the sites developer Verdion, to provide further design consultancy services on an exciting new project. The iP9 plot will be the next key piece in the site masterplan, with the building footprint thought to be circa 750,000sqft of warehouse, distribution and office accommodation. This fast track delivery project has a targeted opening of Q3 2019, so watch this space!
