We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by internationally recognised architecture firm, DWP, to undertake the engineering disciplines on this prestigious residential and retail development in Saudi Arabia.

The project consists of 4 residential apartment blocks that are joined together by a common retail and food and beverage podium at ground floor level, along with associated basement car parking.

Our duties include Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Civil & Structural Engineering and Fire Life Safety disciplines.

We have completed the concept design and are currently progressing with schematic designs. 

Silcock Leedham have been appointed by one of the UAE’s main MEP contractors, Crown House Technologies, to work alongside their projects team to close out and assist with handover of 3 of their projects associated with the eagerly anticipated Dubai Parks & Resorts.

We will be working on Motiongate, one of the primary theme parks in the resort, as well as undertaking similar duties on the resorts outlet retail mall.

Building on our existing relationship with Emaar, we are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as lead consultant for the first phase of works associated with the expansion of the prestigious Arabian Ranches Golf Club, located within Dubai, UAE.

Set in the heart of the landmark Arabian Ranches development, the facility is home to an 18 hole golf course, hotel suites, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Our appointment involves an all-encompassing multi-disciplinary role, which includes the design and construction supervision associated with the MEP services upgrade for the development which will enable the future extension and expansion of the existing facility.
