Michael Silcock Mike is a degree qualified chartered engineer with over 24 years experience in the construction industry in both the Contracting and Consulting Sectors. Mike has extensive experience of MEP design in the UK, US and Middle East having worked on a number of major land mark projects. Mike has experience of mixed use developments and medium / high rise buildings and is familiar with their commercial and technical challenges. Laterly, Mike has concentrated on developing credible and commercially balanced sustainable and low energy design solutions resulting in a number of high profile appointments for a number of UK and International Clients. Mike is the joint founding partner responsible for the success and excellence of the business. Currently involved in a major £7.5 m new build and refurbishment project for Hull University involving all aspects of complex Building Services Systems and a £8m new museum building for the Supreme Council for Antiquities in Egypt Also, design partner for our UGC Cinemas portfolio which includes new 21st century auditoria and leisure complexes in the UK and Europe. Managing Partner for a £12m shopping centre / retail development in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Currently carrying out ‘due diligence’ and technical audit for international developer on properties in the UK and Overseas.
