K2 - St Katherine`s Dock, Tower Bridge Road, London We have been appointed by REIT the building purchaser to provide monitoring and design verification on this important landmark building. Our role includes fire engineering, vertical transportation and acoustics along with the more general validation of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services. The Richard Rogers designed building is a seven-storey glass and steel "U" shape with a full height atrium includes fully glazed passenger lifts. It commands panoramic views of the Tower of London and the City. The total office area is 16,633 sq. m including a 758 sq. m reception with a further 1,367 sq. m of retail space.
