Our engineering expertise and ‘clear thinking’ approach has transferred well to our international and global clients and we have a portfolio of completed projects in Europe and the Middle East, with a growing number of live projects, surveys and technical advisory appointments.  Our clients in the UAE and wider Middle East are serviced from our Dubai office with active projects in Oman, Qatar and Dubai and a growing number of quality enquiries from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond.  Along with our strongly developing commercial business in the Middle East we continue to carry out international heritage and regeneration work particularly in Sudan and Egypt with a history of completed heritage and public visitor projects along the banks of the Nile through Middle Egypt and Suakin Island in East Sudan.

We also carry expertise of sustainable and low energy design supported by dynamic building modelling though our group company Zero Energy Design who are also active in the UAE and MENA region to support the internationally recognised LEED energy modelling Assessments, as well as the local authority assessments, such as the Estidama Pearl Rating System and Dubai Green Building Regulations, undertaken for most of our projects.

Our office in Dubai is managed by Kieran Lines who has many years' experience of working in the region and can mobilise quickly with an international team fully supported by UK engineers, technicians, modellers and designers.
