When the global pharmaceutical / healthcare group GEHT established their head quarters in the UK they appointed Silcock Leedham as consulting engineers for the new campus. The headquarters development was based around an existing 100 year old manor house with separate office building, 250 person auditoria and lodge building with 20 executive bedrooms, syndicate rooms and breakout space.

The project offered significant challenges, with the incorporation of 21st century corporate accommodation into an existing early 1900’s building.  The development includes, ground water cooling, low energy building design and high technology IT/Data global communications.
