What are we
We are Building Services Consulting Engineers, with broad based expertise in all construction sectors, both in the UK and overseas. Our working culture is based on sustainable long term building and engineering solutions which fulfil the clients business needs. We are committed to our profession and producing excellence in the future of the built environment.
Who are we
The two founding partners in the business are, Mike Silcock and Bill Leedham. Mike and Bill have developed around them one of the most experienced and respected team of engineers in the business.
What are Our Objectives
We aim to offer building services engineering consultancy at the highest level. Our aim is to be ‘named’ concept designers and problem solvers, backed up by ‘fault-free’ detail design and delivery.
Where do we Operate
Based in Leeds and York, SL work throughout the UK and the world completing successful projects for our wide client based portfolio.
