History

Silcock Leedham LLP was founded in 2001 by Michael Silcock and Bill Leedham and as part of our continued development Silcock Leedham has recently incorporated to become a Limited Company enabling continuation of our business growth, security to our clients and diversity for our staff. 
Silcock Leedham are Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Consulting Engineers, with broad based expertise in all construction sectors including offices, laboratories, education, public buildings specialist services and industrial warehousing both in the UK and overseas.  Our working culture is based on sustainable long term building and engineering solutions which fulfil the clients business needs. We utilise ‘state of the art’ technology and IT systems to add value to our process and robustness to our engineering advice and design solutions.

Group Services

Silcock Leedham Consulting Engineers Limited is part of the Silcock Leedham Group Limited.  One of our group companies is Commissioning Management Specialists, Verisys Limited who provides testing, commissioning, validation and verification services to clients, contractors and developers.
Verisys appraise the scheme for commissionability and during review maintainability, documentation and testing procedures to make sure that the testing process is fully auditable and provide detailed progress reporting. We utilise ‘state of the art’ technology and IT systems to add value to our process and robustness to our engineering advice and design solutions.
We aim to offer a building services consulting engineering service at the highest level within the property, leisure, commercial, industrial and education sectors.  Our aim is to be ‘named’ concept designers and problem solvers, backed up by ‘fault-free’ detail design and delivery capabilities.
