Silcock Leedham’s Contribution

Silcock Leedham was appointed by G&H Building Services to provide MEP detailed design services from Stage 3 to Stage 4a technical design duties, developing the employers requirements specifications and room data sheets to produce a high level of design prior to installation. The fast track construction programme meant that full technical design needed to be completed within an extremely short window and Silcock Leedham was able to delivery this within an 8 week timeframe to meet the main contractor's requirements. The successful delivery was managed by a team of M&E engineers and achieved through weekly internal co-ordination meetings and a carefully controlled delivery programme.

Added Value / Unique Selling Points

Due to the tight delivery programme for this project we provided a fast track design delivered in just under 8 weeks, with a high level of spatial co-ordination undertaken to assist with the development of working drawings, including primary service setting out, full dimensioned builderswork openings, and 3D Revit details of pinch point areas, to ensure a spatial fit.
