Client’s Requirements

Silcock Leedham was appointed by Riyadh based Architect, Abduleah Al Mohanna as concept designers for a new fully pre-let office development in Riyadh

The development was to be located adjacent to the Al Faisaliyah Tower.  Elsiadan tower was to have 25 occupied levels and 3 levels of basement car parking.  The floor areas varied in height presenting difference challenges for servicing and maintaining the overall net let-able floor area.

Added Value / Unique Selling Points

Silcock Leedham adopted a modular approach to the design for the air conditioning installation with pre manufactured plant spaces and risers.  These items were designed into the scheme in conjunction with the Architect and programme benefits were realised with a reduction in time on site.

Silcock Leedham also  carried out a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accreditation assessment to minimise the overall carbon impact of the building on the environment and its' surroundings.
