ASDA (Wal-Mart) UK HQ was constructed in the early 1980’s and with the growth of ASDA their HQ building has gradually exceeded it’s design capacity.  We have been appointed to the ASDA House strategy team and have been instrumental in the phased refurbishment and upgrading of the HQ building including, new air conditioning system, new high efficiency lighting, comfort cooling to their corporate welcome atria and major upgrades to the building infrastructure.

As with all ASDA procurement we have worked closely with their team, focusing on value and delivery, maximising modular design and construction whilst maintaining the ASDA Wal-mart’ brand.

We have also carried out a full analysis of sustainable solutions and there suitability and efficiency when applied to the retail market for Wal-mart. Looking at the current operation of their stores in the UK and US and how suitable sustainable solutions can be incorporated.
