Conversion of existing concrete frame building into corporate offices  including the construction of a 2000m2 extension for a major international pharmaceutical PLC.  The new office space complies with BCO2000 minimum specifications and has been designed to meet the rigorous standards contained within Part L2 of the new Building Regulations.  The building includes exposed active chilled beams as the building air conditioning system integrated with a low glare uplighting system.
